How Long Are Our Sessions?
Our first session is a complimentary 10-15 minute consultation to discuss practices, scheduling, and insurance information, to see if this may be a good fit. From there, each session will be 50 minutes, and we will work together to agree on a meeting cadence that works best for your schedule.
