Initially, we will schedule a 15-minute consultation with potential clients. We are interested in hearing about a client’s previous experience or inexperience working with a therapist. We will explain our process of therapy to potential clients, which is holistic with multifaceted, evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

We believe in using a comprehensive method when working with clients. We believe in continued growth and learning through multiple approaches to enhance supportive services. Our clients have included children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families experiencing a wide range of trauma, anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem.
